Mixed Media Inspiration Gallery

Please feel free to draw inspiration from our samples! All of these samples were designed and put together by Serendipity Salvage's Tara Wilson and Crystal Basica using basic techniques. We used some items that we carry and many basic items that are available at your local bead store! We want you to let loose, get the creative juices flowing and see where your imagination can take you! Please also check out our personal blogs to see what we are up to :)

Steampunk Fun!

We used a Vintage Lucite Watch Crystal, decoupaged an image of gears, then glued it to a piece of filigree to complete this Steampunked out Gibson Girl!

Detail of Watch Crystal Component

Time truly flies with this Steampunk necklace. We used a vintage watch movement and paired it with some Tierracast Components from your local bead store!

Vintage Chandelier Crystals

Frozen Charlottes are around 150 years old!
We have resurrected  a few in these fun pieces.

We used an old Military tin, Vintage buttons, keys, game pieces, and of course a little Rhinestone bedazzle to complete this doll! We finished her look with a scrabble tile Fleur de lis handbag :)

We LOVE these old watch part tins!
We made a little pendant using a teeny tiny Frozen Charlotte, a watch tin, and a piece of brass filigree.

Now go forth and create something fabulous! Check out our Etsy Shop for some of our bits and pieces or check out our schedule and come to a trunk show at a store near you!
